The starter kit includes:‍ ‍a one-hour introductory call (zoom preferred) to help determine your travel style, learn about your interests and travel history, and get a sense of your goals for traveling; The Detour Lab travel questionnaire for all the details on budget and type of trip (solo, friends, couple, family, etc); and a special “Lab assignment” that will help me construct the perfect list of suggested destinations for you.

What you get: A customized list of at least three destinations based on the call, questionnaire, and lab work. This is not a cookie cutter, top 20 list from a fancy travel magazine. It’s a list finely tailor to you specifically. Each destination will have a brief description, an explanation for why this place was chosen for you, and a Detour (something off the beaten path, unique, and lesser known) that I think you would love.

All you have to do is click “book it,” pack, and get yourself to the airport on time. I take care of the rest. I even include a packing list to help with that part too!

What you get: A bespoke suggested day-to-day itinerary custom made for you on your travel dates to your chosen destination. The kit also include recommendations for accommodation for each night of the trip, local tours and activities, a list of must see-attractions plus places I pick out specifically for you, restaurants and food stops each day, and logistically info to help you get yourself from point A to point B through the trip.
